Forgiveness is the healing of wounds caused by another. You choose to let go of a past wrong and no longer be hurt by it. Forgiveness is a strong move to make, like turning your shoulders sideways to walk quickly on a crowded sidewalk.

It's your move.

It really doesn’t matter if the person who hurt you deserves to be forgiven. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. You have things to do and you want to move on.

You can't forget. Forgiving has nothing to do with forgetting. You should remember everything and learn from it. Forgiving is goodness in the middle of remembering.

Above all, forgiveness is a series of choices you make.

You choose not to seek revenge or fantasize about it. You choose not to talk badly about the person who hurt you or wish evil for them.

You choose to let go of your anger and not to feed upon it. Shedding anger takes time and practice, but you choose to move in that direction.

You choose to wish that person well.

If these choices seem impossible to you, you might start by choosing to pray for the person who wronged you. You can pray for someone even if you don’t think God exists.

Forgiveness does not always lead to a healed relationship. Some people are not capable of love, and it might be wise to let them go along with your anger. Wish them well, and let them go their way.
Whatever happens, forgiveness is good food for your soul.
Forgiving and Forgetting is even better!

HYUNDAI
I have commented on Mitsubishi of Malaysia, Samsung of
Malaysia, SK Telecom of Malaysia, Acer of Malaysia , Wipro of Malaysia
, Tata Infotech of Malaysia , Kimberley-Clark of Malaysia. Now it 's
time to consider: which company is the likely Hyundai of Malaysia?

Base
on Hyundai industrial cycle. Hyundai have started from a transport
company, a motor vehicle workshop and then Construction, then
shipbuilding, then automobile summary as follow:

Construction----->Shipbuilding------>Automobile

South
Korea company able to transform a construction engineering company into
a shipbuilding company. From knowledge gain from shipbuilding, they
able to build car! A Korea's national car!

The only public listed company that fulfill the above industrial cycle is Muhibbah engineering (M) Bhd.

Source
said that Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd was founded by previous founder
and management of Nam Fatt Corporation Berhad. Thus, was not new to
engineering and construction industry. The company venture into crane
industry via Favelle Favco Berhad The company is in the process of
listing Favelle Favco Berhad to Bursa Malaysia at the moment.

The
company venture into shipbuilding industry via Muhibbah Marine
Engineering (Deutschland) GmbH. Thus, Muhibbah industrial cycle is most
similar to Hyundai:

Construction-------> Shipbuilding------->?

Hyundai
has operate a car workshop at the initial stage to gain knowledge in
automobile industry. This look like Boon Siew of Oriental at the
beginning. Boon Siew start to work in a transport company to gain
engineering knowledge before he get Honda franchise in Malaysia.
However, Boon Siew and Oriental never venture into construction
indsutry after that.

Muhibbah start from a construction company,
then diversified to shipbuilding, despite not similar to Boon Siew of
Oriental and Hyundai. Muhibbah has experience in crane industrial via
Favelle Favco Berhad. They have an airline support industry as well.
Thus, Muhibbah Engineering definately has technical capability to
venture into automobile industry in future, this make Muhibbah a mini
Hyundai in Malaysia.

A very meaningful summary from
Warren Buffet interview…

There was a one hour interview on CNBC with Warren Buffet, the second richest man who has donated $31 billion to charity. Here are nine very interesting aspects of his life:

1. He bought his first share at age 11 and he now regrets that he started too late!
2. He bought a small farm at age 14 with savings from delivering newspapers.
3. He still lives in the same small 3-bedroom house in mid-town Omaha , that he bought after he got married 50 years ago. He says that he has everything he needs in that house. His house does not have a wall or a fence.
4. He drives his own car everywhere and does not have a driver or security people around him.
5. He never travels by private jet, although he owns the world's largest private jet company.
6. His company, Berkshire Hathaway, owns 63 companies. He writes only one letter each year to the CEOs of these companies, giving them goals for the year. He never holds meetings or calls them on a regular basis. He has given his CEO's only two rules. Rule number 1: do not lose any of your share holder's money. Rule number 2: Do not forget rule number 1.
7. He does not socialize with the high society crowd. His past time after he gets home is to make himself some pop corn and watch Television.
8. Bill Gates, the world's richest man met him for the first time only 5 years ago. Bill Gates did not think he had anything in common with Warren Buffet. So he had scheduled his meeting only for half hour. But when Gates met him, the meeting lasted for ten hours and Bill Gates became a devotee of Warren Buffet.
9. Warren Buffet does not carry a cell phone, nor has a computer on his desk.
His advice to young people:
'Stay away from credit cards and invest in yourself’
and remember:
A. Money doesn't create man but it is the man who created money.
B. Live your life as simple as you are.
C. Don't do what others say, just listen them, but do what you feel good.
D. Don't go on brand name; just wear those things in which u feel comfortable.
E. Don't waste your money on unnecessary things; just spend on them who really in need rather.
F. After all it's your life then why give chance to others to rule our life.

Learning English on the internet is effective because it is fun. The Internet avoids the tension and boredom of the classroom and increase your motivation. You choose the content, vocabulary is easy to learn, progress is constantly measured an you become part of a community.

Listen to native speakers as much as possible
-->there are some good English teacher that have had to learn English as second language before they could teach it. however there are several reason why many of the best schools prefer to hire native speakers. one of the reason is that native speakers have a natural flow to their speech that students of English should try to imitate.

Watch English movies and dramas or series
-->this is not only a fun way to learn but it is also very effective. by watching English movies especially those with English subtitles you can epand your vocabulary and hear the flow of speech from actors. if you listen to the news you can also hear different accents. I have been watching movies in English and I think its really useful tool to improve my English listening skill. at first I put on my own language subtitle and hen when I get used to it i will put the English subtitle on. I keep going like that for a while an see if I can listen and understand English even when no have subtitle on.

Listen to English music
-->music can be a very affective method of learning English. In fact, it is often as a way of improving comprehension. The best way to learn though is to get the lyrics to the song you are listening to and try to read then as artist sings. There are several good internet sites where one can find the words for most songs. This way you can practice your listening and reading at the same time. And if you like to sing, fine.

Record Yourself
-->Nobody likes to hear their own voice on tape but like tests, it is good to compare your tapes from time to time. You may be so impressed with the progress you are making that you may not mind the sound of your voice as much.

Listen to English
-->By this, we mean, speak on the phone or listen to radio broadcasts, audiobooks or CDs in English. This is different than watching the television or films because you can’t see the person that is speaking to you. Many learners of English say that speaking on the phone is one of the most difficult things that they do and the only way to improve is to practice.

Surround yourself with English
-->The absolute best way to learn English is to surround yourself with it. Take notes in English, put English books around your room, listen to English language radio broadcasts, watch English news, movies and television. Speak English with your friends whenever you can. The more English material that you have around you, the faster you will learn and the more likely it is that you will begin “thinking in English.”

After the destruction of the giants, the Dwarven race always tried to side with the most powerful race in the land. However, as a result they became an isolated race - disliked by all other races for their profiteering nature. Their society structure can be compared to a large corporation and they are still renowned for their business savvy and capacity for organization. Dwarves are largely divided into Scavengers who find and retrieve raw materials, and Artisans who manufacture products out of raw materials.

Special Abilities of the Race: Their inventory size is larger than that of other races and, compared to other races, their weight penalty is lower.

Characteristics: Dwarves are master craftsmen and boast of great physical strength.

This year's Nobel Prize in Physics winners helped settle one chapter of an ongoing debate over the origins of the universe.

In
the 1960s, most scientists agreed that the universe was expanding, but
they disagreed about how. One group adhered to the steady-state model,
which held that new matter is created as galaxies move away from one
another. The competing big-bang model asserted that the universe
started out in a tremendously dense, hot state, and expanded with a
bang into the vast and much cooler cosmos we inhabit today.

Cosmologists
predicted that if the big-bang theory were true, then radiation left
over from the big bang should still pervade the universe. In 1964, Arno
Penzias and Robert Wilson detected this radiation, known as the Cosmic
Microwave Background (CMB). Penzias and Wilson won the 1978 Nobel Prize
in Physics for their discovery.

After 1964, researchers made
several independent measurements of the CMB from Earth. But distortion
from Earth's atmosphere prevented precise measurements, so cosmologists
dreamed of putting instruments in space, where they could collect more
detailed information.

After more than 15 years of planning,
NASA launched the Cosmic Background Explorer satellite (COBE) in 1989.
Onboard were three major experiments. Today's Nobel winners, John
Mather and George Smoot, were in charge of two.

Mather's instrument measured the spectrum of the CMB, and found it supported big-bang predictions extraordinarily well.

Smoot's
instrument produced a visual map of the CMB, which showed that the
amount of radiation varies, evidence that matter and energy were
unevenly distributed when the universe was still very young. These
variations -- called "anisotropy" -- are believed to be responsible for
the "clumpy" distribution of galaxies and galaxy clusters.

Together, these results, announced in 1992, provided the big bang with impressive support.

Two
newer satellites are building on COBE's findings. In 2001, NASA
launched a probe -- the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy satellite (WMAP)
-- that created an even more detailed map of cosmic microwave
background. WMAP also helped nail down a number of great interest to
cosmologists: It pegged the age of the universe at about 13.7 billion
years old.

In 2007, cosmologists plan on launching the Planck
Surveyor, which will delve even deeper into the high-energy physics of
the early universe. Results are expected in 2009.

for full article, please visit:
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=6189865&ft=1&f=1026
